📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Very cozy & homey! Loved the hot tub and fire pit! had a great stay and kaitlyn was a great host ! The bullseye was easy to locate, but we didn’t have full access to the driveway because there was other people staying in the basement, despite description saying entire unit. The driveway was a bit broken up and a little rough, the front porch is the only access to the unit, and the porch is very rickety and sounds like you might fall through. We were supposed to have access to the back patio, hot tub, fireplace place etc. it was very messy back there not suitable to enjoy- wood wasn’t included to enjoy the fireplace, so we collected twigs from the yard. However the people in the basement moved back patio around and we weren’t able to use it our last night and it was included with description & payment. The unit smelled terrible several times when we returned from activities- like stinky sewer & had no way to open window for fresh airflow. They also only provided a starter kit of 2.5 rolls of cheap Toilet Paper, 2 rolls of cheap paper towels & 1/2 box of Kleenex in the bathroom. 😢😡 We had a great long weekend stay - perfect set up for our family. Great location and easy to park. Loved the hot tub and firepit and appreciated the towels for the hot tub. <br/>Improvements that would make a stay better would be some games/activities and some lids for the pots/pans. <br/>Overall great stay for our weekend trip! Thank you!
