🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Late Checkout Fee: Unauthorized late checkout will incur a fee of $20 per half hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

Wonderful unique experience! We loved sitting on the deck and cooking on the grill. We did plan ahead and brought our own pans, paper plates,etc. Just a note for the pups, the stairs and deck are all metal grates so it's a little difficult for the paws. We still had an awesome time!Show more We went for our Honeymoon and had such a wonderful time. The airbnb was beautiful and accommodating with snacks to welcome us! We visited Gardens of the gods, and went on the Royal Gorge railroad train. When we were done we were happy to rest in this comfy beautiful airbnb after our explorations. We ordered Culver’s and brought it back to airbnb and watched game of thrones and it was just wonderful!

It was our first time in Colorado Springs and the location had easy access to attractions like the garden of the gods.
