🐾 Pets
If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
A fee of $20 per half hour late will be charged for unauthorized late checkouts.

On a long roadtrip, the nicest thing was knowing there was a clean and safe spot to camp. Absolutely loved the place. We were able to use the kitchen and amenities with ease. Would stay here again!!Show more I do not recommend staying here. The neighborhood is unsafe with active gunfire and illegal fireworks.
I heard both gunfire and fireworks after checking in and left. Fireworks are illegal in Colorado Springs, but understandable. Gunfire is not.
Contacted the host saying I felt unsafe and the host insisted the property is safe.
I reported the safety concerns to AirBnb, and the host reached out saying safety is their top priority so they’d send someone out a day later to check out the gunfire.
Aside from the unsafe neighborhood, the property has gaps in the floor boards, peeling paint, there’s AC in only one room, the trash was overflowing, there was pet waste in the yard from previous guests or owners, and the backyard locks you because the lock is installed backwards.Show more
