Bright lighting makes it easy to get ready in the morning, or soak in the tub in the evening. 🔥 Outdoor Delight Step outside onto the spacious deck, where a seating area invites you to unwind with your favorite book or a cup of coffee. The backyard features a crackling fire pit and a BBQ grill, perfect for gathering with loved ones for memorable evenings under the stars. 🚗 Parking Please note that parking is street-only, providing convenient access with 1 parking space to the property while keeping the space open for guests to enjoy. Guest access 🔑 For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you! 📲 For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. ✅ Don't worry about your stay being canceled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down.
