It is a rustic homey feeling house with unique features like a tree growing in the kitchen! Each bedroom was like its own suite. For us, having two families with kids, the house was seperated into two sides which helped us immensely with different bedtimes. Host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend for a peaceful and unique visit to Colorado Springs. Lizbeth

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was beautiful. Created great memories with our children What a wonderful property! The home is an architectural dream! So unique with plenty of space for friends and family and never crowded, each bedroom is like your own little zone, which can be delightful when you need your own space! ( sometimes when traveling with others, how nice is that??)
Also the yard is your own private paradise as well! A beautiful deck for BBQs and a fireplace to warm you on the chilly nights you just want to hang outside for awhile longer!!
The owners also are the most thoughtful people, always making sure you are comfortable and there to help with anything!! I truly can't say enough about this B&B!
Check it out! You won't be disappointed!!
P.S The Cheyenne Mtn Zoo is literally 2 miles away! we had a BLAST!! Heather

The Abobe house was very unique. The kitchen was beautifully designed and the tree in the middle was great. We had everything we needed for our stay, but I feel it’s only fair for guest to know that the rest of the house is a bit chopped up and on five levels. It is a very large home, but 2 of the 3 bathrooms are on a different level from the bedrooms (Except for the basement, which had only a small bathroom with a bedroom) and all of the bedrooms are on a different level from each other. There is no bedroom on the main floor either. The design of the house is unique but there is a lot of stairs no matter where you go due to the multilevels. This is challenging for people who have difficulty managing stairs or to disperse luggage. The house is historic and due to age a bit musty. It was very nice to experience the architecture of this home, but I don’t think I would stay again due to the challenges of getting to restrooms at night, hauling luggage and everything being so divided.
