🔑 You’ll have full access to the entire property, including both units: Tonka Heights and Tonka Valley. Enjoy the spacious living areas, bedrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and all outdoor spaces. The private backyard oasis, including the hot tub, barrel sauna, putting green, BBQ grill, fire pit, and vibrant mural, is exclusively yours to enjoy.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We had a large group in for a wedding. This place was wonderful. The amenities were great and entertaining for all. The two physical homes were perfect for getting ready. Amazing stay! This home was perfect for our group—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms for everyone to sleep comfortably, and the living room was a great spot to relax and hang out. We especially loved the backyard—it was perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The place exceeded our expectations. The host was very proactive and responsive to all our questions, which made the experience even smoother. Highly recommend! Fantastic Airbnb, very responsive hosts who were on hand to help whenever needed. Clean and well located. Thank you
