🔑 You'll have full access to the main house and the private carriage house, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor decks. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. I have stayed at plenty of airbnbs but I can say this was by far my favorite one. Not only is the location and home itself beautiful, but they put so much thought into every little detail. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, and every room was very clean. We all felt so comfortable here and had a wonderful Christmas vacation. I think it would be hard to find a better stay! We ended up meeting the owner of the home and he was so kind and welcoming. We would absolutely come back if we are in there area! This is a spectacular place to stay. It's as beautiful as it looks in the pictures and more. Such incredible views! It's quiet and peaceful and a great place for our team to home base from in Colorado Springs.
