The space
This 650 sq. ft. second floor unit pairs clean, modern finishes with big mountain views, giving you a calm Manitou Springs base without feeling cramped. Large sliding glass doors, smooth tile flooring, and a soft neutral palette keep the space feeling bright, open, and easy to settle into, while warm textures and thoughtful décor add a comfortable touch throughout.

The living room features a comfortable sofa that converts to a bed, an accent chair, and a wall mounted Smart TV, all oriented toward the floor to ceiling sliding doors and the breathtaking mountain view beyond. Natural light fills the room throughout the day, and the open layout flows easily to the kitchenette and balcony. It’s an inviting place to unwind with a movie at night or enjoy the quiet morning light over the hillside.

The compact kitchenette is designed for simple in home meals, with open wood shelving, dishes and glassware, a single burner cooktop, mini fridge, toaster oven, and sink. A coffee station with a single serve maker and a curated spice selection makes mornings easy, and the streamlined layout keeps everything within reach without overwhelming the room.

The private second-floor balcony runs along the front of the unit and is furnished with cushioned seating, a low table, an outdoor cooler, seasonal greenery along the railing, and a new fire table for cooler evenings. A gas grill is available, and the view stretches across the park, town rooftops, and surrounding mountains, making it a beautiful place to enjoy the morning sun or take in the evening sky.

We’re happy to host your dogs. There is a $100 fee per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation unless otherwise approved. A small pet-friendly park right in front of the building makes walk times easy and convenient.
⚠️ Stairway Notice
Access to the unit is via an outdoor staircase along the side of the building. The stairs have a steeper-than-usual incline due to the hillside layout, so we recommend taking your time, especially during wet or icy weather.
🅿️ Parking
You’ll have two dedicated parking spots by the building for easy access throughout your stay. Street parking is not permitted in this area.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire second-floor unit, including both bedrooms, the living area, bathroom, kitchenette, dedicated workspace, and private balcony. The exterior stairway is shared with the rest of the building and with a portion of the SunWater Spa facilities next door, so you may occasionally see it being accessed. Please note: The first and third floors are not included with your stay. Once you reach the blue door, everything inside is private and for your use only. If you have any questions or need anything, just reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

It was a 10/10 stay, I would recommend to anyone coming to stay in manitou springs. It had the perfect view of the mountains to wake up too. It was extremely convenient to get to town, it has a car charging station in walking distance for those who have electric vehicles. It had everything we needed and more. It exceeded my expectations! The place was a beauty ! Very clean , and easy to find . Everything was just like the pictures showed . The location was great , and the view was amazing! We would definitely recommend staying at this place to everyone who visits Manitou Springs in the future . Our first time in Manitou Springs ,Colorado was amazing and we will definitely be back and choose this place for our next adventure! Thank you to the host for everything, for allowing us to stay at there place , and for making our little getaway in CO that much better! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this cozy little apartment! Gorgeous view from the patio, and the huge windows/sliding doors made the view a focal point while we were inside. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the variable ceiling fan was a really nice touch. Thanks for a great stay! Annessa

Beautiful•Peaceful <br/>This little jem tucked away in a hill side of beautiful Manitou Springs. The deck with view was undesirable! Must see it to feel the peace!! Walkable to downtown, close to Garden of Gods. Just a peaceful and beautiful! Thank you!
