The space

With two full living areas, a spacious layout, and thoughtful amenities throughout, it’s easy to find both places to gather and moments of quiet. LIVING AREAS
The main floor living room includes a cozy fireplace, Smart TV, and large windows that bring in natural light. On the lower level, an additional living space offers even more room to relax, featuring another Smart TV, a foosball table, and a sleeper sofa.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook with ease in the full kitchen featuring modern appliances, essential cookware, coffee pods, and a spice rack. The dining table comfortably seats the whole group, and a high chair is included.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The home includes five private bedrooms, offering a variety of comfortable setups to accommodate different group types. One bedroom features a king bed, while three others each include a queen. The fifth bedroom is set up with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. Downstairs, the lower living area has a sleeper sofa that provides additional flexibility for larger groups.
BATHROOMS
There are three bathrooms in the home: one with a tub and shower combo, one with a walk-in shower, and a half bath off the main living area. All come stocked with towels and basic toiletries.

PARKING
Guests have access to two parking spaces on the right side of the driveway. Do not block the driveway or garage, and note that street parking is not allowed due to an active bike lane.
Guest access
Guests will have complete access to the entire home, including both living areas, the full kitchen, five bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry facilities, and the private outdoor hot tub. If anything is needed before or during your stay, our team is available and ready to help.
Other things to note
A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. This helps us provide a secure and streamlined experience for both guests and hosts. Details and instructions for completing the agreement will be provided after your booking is confirmed.
Check-in instructions, including your unique entry code, will be delivered through your digital guidebook on the morning of arrival. This code will allow you to access the property at your scheduled check-in time.
To help get you started, we provide a small supply of household essentials. These include coffee pods, paper products, shampoo, body wash, and a set of clean towels. Please note this is intended as a starter kit and may not last the duration of longer stays.
Late check-outs without prior approval will result in a fee of $20 for every 30 minutes past the designated checkout time. This policy ensures our team has adequate time to prepare the home for incoming guests.
Additional services such as early check-in, late check-out, or adding extra guests may be arranged in advance for an additional fee. These requests are subject to availability and must be approved by our team prior to arrival.
This property shares a lot with a separate unit that may also be occupied during your stay. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, follow quiet hours, and avoid obstructing shared driveways or walkways.
