Peakstone Nest is a cozy single-level retreat that combines comfort, functionality, and warm design. From the open living area to the backyard fire pit and dedicated home office, every space is crafted for relaxation and ease.

🔑You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Todo bien pero el patio para nada tiene electricidad,estuve viendo esto en otros comentarios el patio trasero está sin luz es lo único inconveniente para mi place was nice but not worth what we paid for .. my kid couldn't use the bunk bed it felt to flimsy and it was left with human hairs .. so he had to sleep in couch and the king size bed had stains and the wooden plates kept felling off at night .. nice place over all lots of game boards and kitchen was big over all good but would've paid less .. thank you for the stay ! It was everything we expected and a great way to spend Christmas with my family! The place was very clean and inviting. Everything was well maintained, and there were zero issues during our stay.
