The space
Designed with comfort and functionality in mind, this spacious multi-level home offers a flexible layout perfect for families, friend groups, and extended stays. With two living areas, four private bedrooms, and a fully fenced backyard, it’s a relaxing home base just 10 minutes from the airport.

A half-level down, the second lounge offers more room to spread out, with plush furnishings, a Smart TV, and a bookshelf for reading or quiet time. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The neighborhood is quiet. The house provided ample space for our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the house was stocked with fresh towels, appliances, and overall a comfortable experience. Host was very responsive, communication was super simple. Lovely stay We had a wonderful time and felt like home. There was plenty of room for our family. Geneva

This spot is very nice. The house is clean and the 4-level layout is roomy. <br/>The 4 of us had plenty of space and enjoyed our time there. <br/>The house is located close to restaurants and the airport. <br/>The property mgmt company was very responsive when needed. <br/>When back in CO Springs, we will definitly try to book this property again.
