No parties or large gatherings are permitted without prior approval. Please refer to your house rules and rental agreement for full details regarding noise policies and community expectations.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

Our stay at The Overlook Luxury Rooftop Retreat by Broadmoor was absolutely incredible! The description was spot on — and the home was everything and more than we expected. <br/>From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort and luxury.<br/>Kaitlyn was a wonderful host — friendly, responsive, and genuinely made sure our stay was perfect. We truly appreciated her communication and care throughout our visit.<br/>Because of the terrific and relaxing time we had, we’re already planning our next trip back! This place is now at the top of our list whenever we visit Colorado Springs. Highly recommend!
