Very responsive and willing to solve problems, but we had to wait upon arrival because the door code we were given was not working. Very thin walls so you can hear what is going on in the rooms beside you and above you. Our AC/Heater was not plugged in and did not reach an outlet so we couldn’t use it but thankfully it wasn’t too cold or hot outside. I think the value of the airbnb was fair but we ran into quite a few issue while staying there. When you are communicating your issues over the phone it is her team and not the actual owner. Kaitlyn was a great host. If anything was missing she had no problem replacing them. Great communication skills. The apartment was nice and clean. Very free of clutter I appreciated the great fun times in the gaming den as we enjoyed my son’s birthday! Definitely perfect for family time
