This two-story townhouse in Colorado Springs is designed for comfort, functionality, and style—perfect for group getaways or extended stays. With curated decor, mountain views, and thoughtful touches throughout, you’ll feel right at home the moment you arrive.

🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully prepared, and we felt so welcomed from start to finish. Our host was kind, responsive, and truly made this feel like a home away from home. We’re very grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again.
