The space
This South Main home is located 2 blocks from the Arkansas River where you can easily access the river as well as hiking and biking trails.
On the first floor of this home you'll enjoy an open floor plan with the kitchen, living room and dining area all flowing together. Also located on the main floor is a half bathroom. With a front and back porch you're sure to enjoy the 360 views that Buena Vista has to offer.
As you venture up the stairs to the second floor you'll find all three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom, a walk in closet and a private balcony. The Pedal and Paddle Haven did not disappoint. The location of the home is in trendy South Main, which allows for easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping within walking distance. Downtown Buena Vista is only a short drive away for more amazing shops and restaurants. The amenities of the home are, well, homey. We felt extremely comfortable in the house, and had everything we needed to enjoy a pre-holiday meal. The home was clean and tidy, with updated appliances and a modern feeling. Communication between Grace and Mark was easy, proactive, and responses were very quick. The Pedal and Paddle Haven was perfect for this trip to B.V., and we're excited to stay here in the future. Excellent communication. Their place was perfect for our getaway weekend. Clean, comfortable, everything one would need is there. This is our second time to stay there. <br/>Wonderful- and close to restaurants and trails. We plan to return!😊🏔️ Danielle

Our stay here was very pleasant. We arrived early to Buena Vista and they were so kind and were able to accommodate an early check in for us. The house is walkable to restaurants and there are beautiful river trails near by. We were here for a wedding and had a few events that we needed to get dressed up for, unfortunately this property did not have an iron or ironing board so we had to go out and buy one. Also the property does not have a full length mirror which made getting ready a bit difficult. But other than that we had a great time. We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and well supplied. Would like to return some day.
