🅿️ Parking
You’ll have access to two clearly labeled parking spaces: one inside the detached garage (marked with Unit C on the garage door) and one directly behind it. Vermijo Cottage is located on the same property with its own private gated entrance, just a short walk from the garage. There is also one street parking spot available directly in front of the cottage.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home Unit #C, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply
We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels. We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee
$20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We enjoyed out stay in the cottage. Great location with lots to do. Kaitlyn was very responsive when we had any questions. Home was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the cottage..it was very comfortable and cozy. Good for a group stay. Having a car garage was a nice touch and very convenient. The location is peaceful and close to places like the Garden of the Gods, which we loved. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. We have questions She’s very quick and responsive. we appreciate that. From the start, the host was proactive in making us feel welcome and sharing helpful recommendations. The space was perfect for the two of us and our dog, and we would happily return—next time with our grown daughter. The location was a real plus, with restaurants and stores close by. The house itself was spacious, uncluttered, and very comfortable. The kitchen was large and well stocked for meal preparation, though we didn’t end up cooking. The bathroom was on the smaller side but fully functional. The great room, which includes the dining and living areas, felt roomy and homey. The bedroom was clean, spacious, and had ample storage. The only small note is that the bed frame made a bit of noise with movement, but it didn’t detract from an otherwise very comfortable stay. Gabrielle
