🚗 Parking: Two vehicles can park on the left side of the driveway, with additional street parking available. Please ensure the neighbor’s driveway is not blocked at any time.
☕ Starter Supplies: Includes essentials like coffee pods, paper towels, toiletries, and laundry detergent to make your stay comfortable.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

We loved our stay for our family vacation. It accommodated us so well. Also loved how close it was to everything. We enjoyed Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne mountain zoo, woodland park, pikes peak , Victor pass, Rita the rock planter troll and cripple creek while staying at this wonderful home with the view of pikes peak. Great home with a lovely view of the mountains and a convenient drive to most of what Colorado Springs has to offer. Plenty of living space to host both our traveling and local family for a holiday gift exchange.<br/>Loved the backyard disc golf. Nayelis

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was provided, which made our stay very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to great spots and easy to get around. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we felt welcomed from start to finish. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and stress-free stay!
