🔑 The house is nestled in a unique setting, reached by way of a rocky pathway and a steep set of stairs leading down to the house. Please be mindful of thorny bushes, especially when carrying luggage, though we make sure to keep nature at bay. Once you arrive at the house, you'll have exclusive access to the entire property, including the washer and dryer, available for your use at any time during your stay. The entire space is yours to enjoy throughout your visit!

While beautiful in scenery, and a relatively suitable stay – I had some pretty major miss-matches of expectation vs. reality. Firstly, while I did receive quick responses from Kaitlyn, it seems that she (or her team), utilizes an automated response system that searches for key words and sends pre-written responses on her behalf. I'm not sure where that ended and where her genuine responses began, but that was off putting.<br/>Regarding the stay: The water system at the home was spotty. In the third bedroom downstairs, there is a relay pump of some sort that both makes LOTS of noise that's noticeable throughout the whole house, but almost unbearable in that donwstairs bedroom.<br/>Being on what I assume is a sceptic system, the entire downstairs, and at times the upstairs, had a faint sewage smell. Far worse while water was being used, I'll note. Lastly, the floors, corners, lights, stairs, and other areas were dusty and dirty. These wer emy major grievances - otherwise fairly suitable. Staying at the house was great, despite the many steps; my family didn't mind. My kids thought it was an adventure. This location is ideal for many of our planned activities in the Colorado Springs area. The only downside was the neighbor's dogs, which barked most of the night and anytime we were outside. We would stay with Kaitlyn again. She was swift to answer any questions we had. E

Beautiful setting, but disheveled, and infested with flies in every room. Foul smell in kitchen area. The stairs seemed very dangerous to get downstairs and the carpet was filthy. K
