Additionally, the garage is available for a small fee, providing you with peace of mind for your vehicle.
Please be aware that the backyard is a shared space with the main level unit. To reach their backyard, the main level unit guests will have to pass through your backyard to access a gate leading to theirs.
While the lower deck is shared with the guests staying in the one-bedroom in-law Airbnb on the lower level, the spacious and beautiful outdoor areas are perfect for mingling with fellow travelers over a cold beer.There are no interior shared spaces. Additionally, guests staying in the one-bedroom apartment downstairs have their own dedicated parking spot, grill and private fenced-in yard. Lime and Veo are two companies that offer e-scooter rentals, with a total of 600 e-scooters available throughout downtown and the west side. To use these e-scooters, simply download the app of your preferred company, pay a $1 unlocking fee, and then ride for 29 to 39 cents per minute, depending on the company. The app also provides a map that shows the location of available e-scooters and guidelines for where to ride them safely. *Fire pit & grill: We want you to have a safe and enjoyable experience when using the fire pit and grill. If you plan on using the fire pit or grill, please refer to the posted instructions, local restrictions and safety guidelines. You can find these in the house manual. After each use, please ensure that the grill is completely turned off and the flames have been completely extinguished in the fire pit. Colorado is prone to wildfires, and neighbors may call the fire department when the fire pit and/or grill are used when there are local restrictions.
*Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. Access to the garage and use of the garage door opener is available for an additional fee of $10 per day. Please note that this option can be requested after your booking has been confirmed.
*Who you may see on the property: There is another one bedroom Airbnb in the apartment downstairs with it's own private entrance and set of amenities. Although this rental has had ample soundproofing, we ask that guests are considerate of noise during the quiet hours of 10p to 8a. While the lower deck is shared with the guests staying in the one-bedroom in-law Airbnb on the lower level, the spacious and beautiful outdoor areas are perfect for mingling with fellow travelers over a cold beer. *Additional Accommodation Option for Larger Groups: If you're traveling with a larger group and need additional space, there is a one bedroom in-law apartment available for rent on the lower level of the house. The apartment is a separate Airbnb unit that is locked off by a stairwell and bolted door for your privacy and safety. It has its own entrance at the driveway and features a bedroom with a pull-out sofa, making it comfortable for up to 4 guests. If you would like to connect the downstairs unit with the upstairs unit to accommodate up to 10 guests, simply send us a message before booking, and we will be happy to assist you. By booking both units, you'll have access to a total of 5 beds and 3 baths. Please note that the lower unit has its own dedicated parking spot and a private fenced-in yard with a grill for your enjoyment. The yards can also be connect by unlocking and opening the fence.

We did a grocery pick up and cooked all meals at the airbnb, including packing sandwiches or wraps for quick lunches. Grill was a bonus. Great location!
