While friendly interactions with fellow travelers are encouraged, we kindly request that noise levels are kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am, respecting everyone's need for tranquility.

☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🚪 Backyard Access: To access the backyard, you need to walk around the deck and enter the backyard of the upstairs unit, and then there’s a gate to your own private backyard.
🐾 Pets: If you’re bringing your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee: $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.
🏡 Who You May See on the Property: On the premises, there is another three-bedroom Airbnb located in the upstairs main house. However, this unit has a separate private entrance, and there are no shared interior spaces.

Before using the fire pit or grill, guests should check with the host or the city website to see if there are any restrictions or guidelines in place. For example, there may be a ban on outdoor fires and grill use during dry periods or high fire danger days. After use, it's crucial to fully extinguish the fire pit to prevent any embers or sparks from reigniting. Guests should pour water over the fire, stirring the embers and ashes to ensure everything is fully doused. It's also recommended to cover the fire pit with a fire pit cover or metal lid to prevent any accidental reignition.
🚭 Smoking: In accordance with Colorado law, smoking is allowed in the designated outdoor area near the fire pit. We kindly ask that guests refrain from smoking in any other outdoor areas, as well as inside the home, to help maintain a smoke-free environment for all guests. We strictly prohibit smoking anything, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping, inside the home. Any violation of this policy will result in the loss of the security deposit. This is a cheap, affordable AirBnB, but not one I would stay in again. For heat we had to relay on a small mobile electric heater, as we seemed to have no control over the central heat. The upstairs neighbors were incredibly noisy. Smells, probably from upstairs, kept coming into our unit.Show more Edward
