We clearly communicated our early check-in request well in advance, yet upon arrival, we were denied access with no alternative offered. As a result, we were left without a place to go and missed a pre-paid event. The unit itself was in unacceptable condition — strong odors of urine, sweat, and cigarettes were immediately noticeable. Additionally, there were visible fecal stains on the toilet, which indicated a serious lack of cleanliness and proper preparation. Even though the reason we were denied access is because the cleaning person needed time to clean.

Very beautiful location with easy access to the highway. Host, Kaitlyn, was very responsive and super friendly. Driveway was a bit steep for my low car, so beware. We honestly didn't spend alot of time here, it was perfect for what we needed and was a comfortable stay.

This is basement apartment, this is not mentioned. People are checking in upstairs almost daily. Some folks were fine, some were noisy and inconsiderate and also left the heat blasting while we had no control over the temperature and no way to open a window. My husband and I paid for a month. In the description, it says there’s a stove. No stove, under the sink was a dirty hot plate with 2 burners that had a short circuit in the cord. It took forever to cook food due to it always going out having to finagle the plug. They say PET FRIENDLY. Absolutely not pet friendly, the only way to get my 2 dogs out to the back yard was to go outside and walk up the narrow walkway and the neighbors has 2 VERY aggressive dogs that caused injury to my husband and my dog. We had to take my dog to the vet. The host did pay the vet bill and eventually allowed us to leave a week early with a refund for the remaining days but charged us an extra fee and stopped responding so not much of a refund.
