Perfectly tucked away in the historic hillside neighborhood of Cascade / Chipita Park / Green Mountain Falls, near the base of Pike's Peak. Enjoy quiet beauty while still being close to all the adventure you set out to find.
"Downtown" Green Mountain Falls is an easy 2-mile walk from the house. Visit the Gazebo on the lake or stop in for a drink or a meal at the Blue Moose Tavern. Just a quick walk up the hill, you will find the Mt. Esther Trailhead which connects to the famous Ring The Peak Trail that can take you all the way to the top of America's Mountain.
Tucked away in a historic hillside community, you best bet for getting around is to have a driving vehicle. During the winter months, an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle will ensure you have the best possible experience.
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.
We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
FIRE RESTRICTIONS: Wild fires are common in Colorado, so we require all guests to check local fire restrictions before using the fire pit and grill. We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.
SMOKING: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home.
WINTER: The home is open and accessible year round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.View More
