After Labor Day, the pool is drained and refreshed each Summer to ensure it's ready for your next sunny getaway. Please note that the pool is not available outside of these dates.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaitlyn’s place.! It was the perfect spot for our group of 13. It was spacious, comfortable, and full of fun amenities for the kids. The house was thoughtfully stocked and had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The outdoor space was especially great, giving our dogs lots of room to run and play. The kids absolutely loved the pool. We loved that it was tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private, yet still close enough to everything we needed. Highly recommend for families or larger groups. Great place in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Place matched photos and was what we were expecting. Host is very responsive and helpful. House is super close to everything you might need. Totally recommend staying here. We reached out to the host before arrival due to safety and maintenance concerns noted in reviews. She assured us they were being addressed, but most remained unresolved when we arrived.<br/>Lights didn’t work, doors didn’t close or lock, the fridge water/ice dispenser was broken, and the master bedroom was lacking a smoke detector. The home was more worn than pictured and needs general maintenance. The pool had a broken ladder and several kids got splinters from the deck/bridge and although they claim the bridge is safe it seems very unstable. <br/>That said, the home was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The host was responsive and sent someone on day three to fix some items reported, but many of our concerns and issues remained and were not addressed or fixed. Airbnb Support was helpful throughout. I am hopeful the host addresses all concerns for future guests and this home gets some well needed We stayed here for about four days, with six adults and several children. This property has some nice amenities, such as an above ground pool with decking, a wooden bridge, a hot tub, a fire pit and an outdoor gas fireplace. We generally enjoyed all all of the amenities, but the property needs some TLC. We had some issues, and they responded and addressed them. Unfortunately, the pool ladder kept breaking, and so our kids could not use it for most of our stay. The kitchen also was not fully stocked as advertised. There weren’t any large bowls, large pots, and only very small frying pans. We ended up buying quite a few things, like oil and aluminum foil., I would normally expect to see in an Airbnb with a fully stocked kitchen. The lack of bathroom counters and storage, as well as dressers, does make it a challenge when more than 15 people are staying in the house. Overall, we had a good time, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
