Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. This house has lots of positives- it is big and pretty well-stocked. The host is responsive. The home is older than the pictures indicate and some things are run-down/need to be updated/obviously cheap. The basement had some flooding the first night we stayed which was never really repaired. This has clearly happened multiple times because there is obvious water damage downstairs. The host also offered an extra night at a discounted rate before we got into town, but couldn’t allow an early check-in because the maintenance team was supposedly doing a thorough inspection. There were definitely some concerns/issues, but overall, not a bad pick and close to lots of restaurants and other amenities.

Our host communication was wonderful. The house was not as clean as other houses we have stayed in, the floors were not swept or mopped, the carpet was stained and appeared dirty. The pool was very small and had not been cleaned (there was dirt in corners along with rocks)The bunk bed room the top two bunks did not have sheets on them so we had to check in with Kaitlin and arranged for floors to be cleaned and bunk beds to be made, but that was not till next day. There was also sewer smell coming from downstairs shower drains, kitchen sink was clogged (which we fixed ourselves. The cooking skillets handle fell off, The beds were very hard and pillows were too fluffy. On a positive note, the littles did enjoy the slide and walk way bridge. The teens enjoyed the hot tub. Overall there is much room for improvements Considering the price for this house compared to what we have payed at other places, this was probably our worst experience.

This home was nice with plenty of room for our family of 10. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We did get to use the pool one day which was nice. It just wasn’t as big as the pictures made it appear. We were able to use the firepit and enjoy s’mores with the grandkids. The hot tub was nice as well and relaxing on the deck was something we all enjoyed. Overall, we had a great time.

Our stay here was wonderful!<br/>Eighteen of us stayed for our family reunion, and it never once felt crowded. The home was very spacious and well-equipped with lots of amenities. The hosts were great any small quirks we encountered were addressed promptly. Communication was easy and quick, and requested accommodations were made whenever possible. Overall, it was a great stay for our family reunion!
