The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a lovely park located directly across the street. It is also located just down the road from several restaurants and coffee shops and is a 1 minute drive from the US Olympic Training Center. It is across the street from Memorial Hospital as well!
Traveling by car is the best way to get to the main attractions of Downtown Colorado Springs but there are Pike Ride electric bicycles and new electric scooters (Lime and Veo) not too far from house for those who like to jet around!
The Olympic Training Center is located only a few minutes walk away!
For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement.
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for entry.
We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

We loved staying here! It was only 15 minutes from the Garden of the Gods, and close enough to walk to a few coffee shops in the area. Our favorite part of our stay was the private outdoor courtyard!Show more Kaitlyn was very responsive… we had a great stay.Show more Kaitlyn's place is beautifully remodeled. My wife and I much enjoyed our stay. The little barking dogs next door were a bit annoying, but my wife an I were still able to enjoy dinner on the picnic table and time together at the fire pit.Show more
