Second & Third Bedrooms (Downstairs): Both rooms come with king-sized beds, Smart TVs, and dressers for your belongings.
Fourth Bedroom (Downstairs): Perfect for kids, with two sets of double bunk beds for fun sleepovers.
Additional Sleeping Arrangements: A sleeper sofa is located in the loft area on the second level, and there's a sofa bed in the game room for extra guests.

☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.
🕒 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
📺 Smart TVs: All of the Smart TVs are equipped with Amazon Fire Sticks. Please bring your login info for your streaming channels.
🏞️ Wildlife Awareness: You are in the mountains of Colorado! You will probably see wildlife, but please observe from a distance. There are often deer, elk, and bears in Woodland Park and around our home. Please use the bear-proof trash bins for any trash, and do not leave trash or food outside. You may also see the occasional rodent, snakes, and bugs. Please just keep your distance and stay safe.

Comfy bed
I’ve stayed in many places and always appreciate the space for my large family. I will say the master bed is very comfortable and master shower had 2 shower heads which was nice. The kids loved the game room. I think they were rushed from prior guests and only did a quick spot clean prior to my arrival. My 5yr old nephew found a pair of underwear under a bean bag and there was a used coffee mug still sitting on the wood stove. The place could have been cleaned better. The lack of pans made it difficult to cook for our large group and there were no dish towels at all. Our family is naturally loud and the neighbors kept complaining on us. I’m not bashing this place at all, I just think the cleanliness could have been better. The host was nice. If you have a smaller and quiet family this is a good place. The house was fantastic.. Everything you could possibly need was available, very well thought out set up. One of the best places we have stayed at . I would highly recommend. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Zachary

Great stay for all of our family, the playroom for the kids was a great way to keep them busy. I really appreciated that every room had their own television. We would definitely recommend to family and friends. We enjoyed our time! Cute house with lots of room and plenty to do!
