Please note that the property also includes one additional unit (Unit #4) with its own private entrance that is not available to guests. Air Conditioning ❄️ Each bedroom upstairs is equipped with one window unit, while the master bedroom on the main floor has a portable air conditioner. Guest access 🔑 Throughout your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to Unit #1 (Main House), Unit #2 (Upstairs Apartment), and Unit #3 (Apartment), including all bedrooms, living areas, and full kitchens. The outdoor amenities—hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, and seating areas—are private to your group, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. Please note that Unit #4 is not part of this rental and is not available to guests. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability. 🏡 Privacy Notice: You will have exclusive access to Units #1, #2, and #3 on the property.
