📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

As of 11/25/2024, the shower at this property is unusable. Using the shower would have flooded the bathroom floor, so we didn't use it. I alerted the host in case we were missing something, but her response was: "We're aware of the limited space and are working on a solution to prevent water from spraying outside the shower curtain. We appreciate your understanding." This did not work for us, so we left and requested a refund for the remaining nights. We did get the refund; however, since we had already spent a night before attempting to use the shower, we still paid for one night plus the $135 cleaning fee, $103 pet fee, and the Airbnb service fee. So, despite the partial refund we paid $343.65 for one night in a place with no working shower, plus the aggravation of packing up unexpectedly and finding a hotel instead. All for an issue that was already known to the host. I appreciate the refund of the unused nights but this was a bad experience and a very bad value. Great stay. Cozy and warm even during snow. TV did not work which was perfectly fine for us trying to avoid the election hype but if you travel with little ones or depend on TV for entertainment it might affect your stay. Was capable of screen mirroring on a Samsung but with an iPhone was nearly impossible. Downloaded a number of apps that tried to get us to pay then I gave up trying.
