For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.

*Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour Late
*Additional fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Nothing wrong with the tiny house just the surroundings and water pressure. The picture hides or shows what it wants to of the neighborhood. It could be really awesome if they cleaned up the place I have my own rentals and I would not feel comfortable with people coming in and out with all the garbage going on around from construction to businesses to trash piles and people trying to hide a house behind a tarp, just a little weird. Be aware that while it appears pet-friendly, there's an additional $100 pet fee that wasn't clearly communicated during booking.
