📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing pets, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per pet, collected after booking, A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Amenities
Cute, Eclectic and Comfortable, check-ins are difficult, hidden security deposit Overall we had a fun time in Colorado! This bnb was fair for the price. The pet fee was a bit unexpected and high compared to hotels; would’ve been nice to see the price prior to booking. <br/>Host was very helpful and responsive whenever an issue came up— super appreciative of this! Even late at night as we were checking in, she was readily available for any questions we had. <br/>Prior to booking, I noticed someone else said there was a problem with the shower and it was apparently resolved. However, we couldn’t use it and had to bathe in the sink for our stay due to shower malfunctions. <br/>Host was very responsive to our concerns and offered to have maintenance come look at it along with the broken floorboards. While this was appreciated, it ideally would’ve been fixed before check-in. <br/>Wood is unfinished in the home, which lends itself to the decor; however beware of splintery wood. Our dogs found some as well. I wanted to like this place but it was a disappointment. When we got out of the car it smelled of sewage. This tiny home is right next to a septic system, which isn't a huge deal (we have one for our home) but it is clearly not being taken care of. Then as soon as we walked in there was mud on the rug and mud on the kitchen floor. The floor in front of the shower is warped and cracking, which is being caused by the shower curtain being too short so the water just splashes all over the floor. According to the reviews this has been an ongoing problem that has yet to be addressed. We tried to use the washing machine and it wouldn't start. We took our dog out to potty and there was no grass spots for her to go even though this listing is advertised as pet friendly. While walking our dog we realized that this place is a junk yard with cars, and rusty metal parts all over the place. On the Plus side the beds and bedding were nice and other then the mud on the floor it was clean inside. After staying there over a couple days, I must say this is the perfect getaway place for a bunch of friends to stay at. The surroundings were super nice, everything was super close to where I planned to be, and to come back and relax in a cozy home just felt great. I highly recommend for a great adventure and a great stay!
