Originally built in the mid-20th century, this charming home has been thoughtfully updated to provide modern comforts while retaining its classic appeal. Nestled among trees, it offers a serene environment with the convenience of being just a short walk from the Broadmoor.
LIVING ROOM:
Relax in the living room with a 85” 4k Roku Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favorite shows. Comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere make it the perfect spot for family gatherings.
KITCHEN:
Start your day with complimentary coffee. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for all your culinary needs, complete with utensils, pots, pans, spices, cooking oils, and more.
BEDROOM 1 (Master):
The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, an attached full bathroom, a spacious layout, and a large closet. You'll enjoy the comfort and luxury of this well-appointed space.
BEDROOM 2:
This bedroom offers a king-sized bed with bright, airy surroundings and plenty of natural light. The high-quality bedding ensures a restful night’s sleep.
BEDROOM 3:
The third bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and overlooks the back deck. It is cozy and inviting with luxurious bedding for your comfort.
DOWNSTAIRS BUNK ROOM:
The downstairs bunk room is perfect for kids, featuring a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. It’s a fun and comfortable setup that kids will love.
BATHROOM 1:
The bathroom adjacent to the living room is well-appointed with standard toiletries, a hairdryer, and makeup removal wipes.
BATHROOM 2:
The master bathroom comes pre-stocked with all standard toiletries, a hairdryer, and makeup removal wipes.
BATHROOM 3:
Located downstairs near the bunk room, this bathroom is convenient for guests staying on the lower level.
GAME ROOM:
Enjoy our awesome game room featuring foosball, air hockey, and ping pong. It's the perfect spot for some friendly competition and family fun.
OUTDOOR SPACE:
Our amazing outdoor hangout area includes a fire pit, BBQ, and outdoor furniture. Whether you're roasting marshmallows or grilling dinner, it's an ideal space to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather.
KID-FRIENDLY AMENITIES:
We provide a pack-n-play, sheets, and a high chair to make your stay with children more comfortable.

Our home is in the classic Broadmoor neighborhood, within walking distance to the Broadmoor hotel. Just minutes away are downtown shops, restaurants, Garden of the Gods, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo.

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will appear in your guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
Don't worry about your stay being cancelled at the last minute due to a violation from the City forcing the unit to shut down. We are permitted with the city.
