We had a wonderful early family Christmas! The place was perfect! It had space for us to play games together, & comforting spaces (outside of bedrooms) for those who need time to be away from the chaos. Snuggling on the giant couch to watch Christmas movies was nice.
We set up food on the kitchen table, so people were able to come & go, refilling their plates as they wanted. It was perfect, as we had games going on the main table most of the time.
Speaking of games, the ping pong table was a favorite. I believe an impromptu tournament took place; my oldest nephew won the title.
The evenings were spent on the patio huddling around the firepit, sharing stories & talking about our dreams for the future.
Although we had a couple of things to bring up to Kaitlyn, she was quick to respond & she took care of us. Thank you Kaitlyn for making our stay a positive time to remember!
