🐾 Pet Policy: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

Great stay! If you have young kids the upstairs living area is great with 4 single beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire/lounge area. Just about everything we needed for our stay was there for us to use. It was a beautiful area and the view of the mountains was great for the time we stayed. Great hosts who left us with clear instructions, hassle-free stay for sure! :) What a perfect spot for a family getaway to Colorado Springs! It's a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to anywhere you want to go. The hot tub was so nice at the end of a day of adventure too. Thank you! Place was clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and everything we needed. Directions were detailed and host was responsive. Quiet environment. Beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleased with this stay. had a great time visiting the springs, Kaitlyn's place was perfect for our stay well we explored Colorado springs. close to lots of restaurants and all the activities we wanted.
