🔑 The apartment is unit E (there are five units; A,B,C,D,E) and has a front door facing 25th Street. During your stay you will have the entire apartment to yourselves.
You are allowed to park overnight on Pikes Peak Ave for free! Parking on S 25th street is metered but no overnight is allowed. The public parking lot behind the building is free during the day, but no overnight parking is allowed there either.

Our group included three moms enjoying a long weekend and visiting Manitou Springs. This rental was perfect. The kitchen was stocked with k-cups, creamer, snacks. The living room is a little small but definitely well decorated and cozy. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Old Town and right across from Mother Muff’s, which has good food & drinks. It was just a short drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. We highly recommend this rental.Show more Rachel

We loved staying here! Loved the ability to walk around to restaurants and bars, and there’s a farmers market on Saturdays. The Airbnb was stocked with everything you could need from the kitchen to the bathroom. Never had difficulty with parking.Show more The location is great, in the center of town and a quick walk to lots of great dining and shopping. the square is half a block away, with a fantastic farmers market on Saturdays. You do need to keep your bedroom windows closed overnight, definitely noisy trash dumpsters across the street. The unit would benefit from more seating. There were 4 of us, one couch. We pulled a bench from the bedroom for more seating. Convenient location, not really suitable for cooking in, except for quick breakfast. The kitchen was well stocked, just no table. Lots of great restaurants, so this may not be an issue for most folks.Show more It was a beautiful apartment in a wonderful neighborhood. Hosts were quick to reply and offered great recommendations for nearby restaurants. Many local restaurants within walking distance and great shopping in the area.
