Welcome to our carefully curated short-term rental in Colorado, perfect for families and groups. 1. Enter through the front door and you will be welcomed by the modern living area and updated kitchen. The master has a king bed and a brand new Smart TV to relax after a day’s worth of adventure. The second bedroom is equipped with a twin daybed, a third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom has a full bed with a twin trundle. All bedrooms are perfectly set up with fresh linens for your stay.
2. Your kitchen is stocked with cookware, utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, measuring cups, coffee cups, plates & bowls, microwave oven, toaster, cooking spices, and a Keurig.
3. Feel at home with stocked coffee pods, tea and creamer, and complimentary drinks and snacks. You will also have access to a private washer and dryer, and be provided with laundry soap and dryer sheets for any laundry you may need to do during your stay.
4. For your convenience, the bathroom is well stocked with large fluffy towels, soft toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide feminine products and face wipes.
5. For the Kiddos: We happily provide a high chair and pack n play for your little ones! We have a small table in the bedroom upstairs with kid-sized chairs for activities and the top of the bunk is all set up as a reading loft.

Beware of this very duplicitous host.
Before renting I asked if I could park my trailer by the house. The host refused to give a straight answer, until I booked the house. Then I was told I could not park the trailer on the street.
Searched for entire house and listing stated "entire house", actually excluded the basement. When questioning the host about this she stated we are renting the entire house. We had renters from the basement trying to enter the house because they also believed they had rented the entire house.
The Internet, HVAC, and Electricity between the upstairs and basement are all connected. The basement renters would have the host turn up the temperature (remotely and without our knowledge). Nightly we would set the thermostat at 68 but would wake up hot to find it had changed to heat 74 deg.
Lost power and internet several times due to the renters in the basement running too much electricity.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. Has everything you need. We stayed for 3 weeks and never ran out of the essentials.
