⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

Kaitlyn’s stay was lovely! Exactly what we needed and expected for our few days in Colorado Springs. The only complaint I would have is that it is VERY easy to hear the upstairs neighbor, but that was somewhat expected as this is a bottom floor unit. Also, it seems as though the upstairs unit has control of the thermostat for the entire house, which resulted in us being a bit cold or hot at times (which was out of our control). Otherwise, the property was fantastic! Great location! I loved the unit. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean Would definitely recommend! It was so close to Colorado Springs downtown. Would definitely come back and stay again ! William
