this was a wonderful place to stay, very comfortable beds. very well kept place. was a little disappointed when the blender blade had been missing and it took a couple days for the part to come in, but very thankful the host ordered the part right away to try to fix the issue.
host was very responsive and very easy to contact.
would definitely recommend a stay at this location if you're in colorado springs Jacqueline

this was a disaster, I was in hopes to spend the weekend in because there was a snow storm about to hit colorado springs, and i got there and the entire stove didn't work, they said they woyod send maintenance over, never sent maintenance over, instead sent me a message about replacing the stove the day of our check out, so we couldn't cook the $200 worth of food that we purchased to stay in, they offered us a hotplate and 30% discount, we didn't receive the hotplate until the next day at night, so we ended up having to spend more money with food.. the 30% discount was not on the value that I paid for, so basically I got about a 15% discount on the amount I paid ( which didn't even cover 1 meal that we had to spend money on on top of all the food we bought for our stay)
this was frustrating and not worth it, and i have a feeling they knew the stove wasn't functional when I asked them.before hand if I was going ro have a fully equipped kitchen. Allyssa

We were impressed with the service and helpfulness we received in a great time of need we got help staying an extra night when the roads weren’t clear and we were stuck in town. We also got more kitchen tools within thirty minutes of reporting we needed something they were hand delivered ! We will definitely be back and recommend. The game room is an added bonus!
