An otherwise tricky to find location (especially arriving at night) was very well laid out step by step in checkin info provided. Large unit letters/house #s were well lit and easy to see in dark. Newly built, shared patio space was large & ambiently lit w/ string lights. Shared arcade room is perfect for kids, fun for adults too: 2 Skiball machines (only 1 ball), Foosball, 3 retro arcade games (NFL, Pacman, NBA) and couch/TV. Patio games like cornhole and giant connect4. Not sure on noise transfer between units as i was the only one there during my stay i believe. Some noise in surrounding area outside tho.
Older place, lower level unit, very minimal natural light. My environmental allergies flared up a bit inside. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked for cooking needs plus some hospitable drinks/snacks. Bed was very comfy and having laundry right across the hall was very convenient. Good for 1-2 guests max. We were in Colorado Springs for the Labor Day Lift Off Balloon Rally. The best location ever as each early morning all we had to do was walk across the street and we were in the park.Show more Overall it was a great place to stay! I had everything I needed. I did have an issue with the code for the door upon arrival, but it was quickly resolved and wasn’t an issue the remainder of my stay.Show more
