🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire treehouse, the porch, and covered parking just beneath the treehouse.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half-hour late.
💲 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to accommodate your request.

This was a beautiful and great space! The location was close to many destinations and outdoor activities! It is pretty comfortable, the stairs to the upstairs sleeping area could use an update a little uncomfortable so we had to put shoes on every time we went up and downstairs (inconvenient if needed to use the bathroom in the middle of the night). Overall it’s a good space to stay and rest , didn’t spend much of the day at the tree house since we had many activities less than 15 minutes away.Show more We loved our stay at the treehouse, it’s a very unique house not like many other Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Great location very close to hiking trails, garden of the gods, pikes peak and lots of restaurants and bars. We would love to stay there again when in the area!Show more
