🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

This was such a bad experience, it has brought me to leave my first ever VRBO review. Bottom line: Left this home mid-stay to go to a hotel. Dirty, broken washer, clogged tub, spiders, no privacy, and empty promises from management. The good: location is convenient, quick access to I-25, grocery stores, restaurants, short drive to Garden of the GodsThe bad: 1. Rugs were covered in dirt. Dust all over the place. Socks were turning black after just a few steps around the house. Not sure they clean but a quick sweep and wipe down after each stay2. Want to take a shower? Too bad you’re taking a bath. The tub was clogged. Water would rise above your ankles just from a quick shower. Reported and they sent two techs out only for the issue to never be fixed.3. Pack enough clothes so you don’t gotta wash anything, cause the washer won’t work. Would chime after 5 min and once clothes were already soaked, no matter what setting. Ended up having to rinse these out one by one in the sink. Reported to management and they never fixed despite telling me multiple time how upset our negative experience was to them and how our problem would be fixed asap.4. Everything was dingy and not like the pictures. Make sure you’ve got your tetanus shot before playing cornhole. Rusty nails sticking out of the warped wood and cigarette butts all over the yard5. Hope you like neighbors cause the basement guest can’t get in unless they go through your front yard.Picture attached Thanks for sharing the casita! We had a great visit with our daughter. Franco

Excellent quiet place. Communication was perfect and the house was very comfy. We will definitely be staying there again.
