Welcome to our beautifully decorated and remodeled home in the heart of Colorado Springs, conveniently located near UCCS. Our home combines proximity to all amenities with the tranquility of a safe and peaceful neighborhood. 🛀 Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at very cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening if drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.View More

Absolutely epic experience
I booked this retreat for a women's 10 person retreat and it was everything we needed and wanted. The communication with the team was amazing, clear and prompt. The house was well stocked and absolutely stunning! I would recommend this space for a family and or a group. 5 stars all around! Nykeiria

This home is absolutely beautiful and so clean! Each suite is designed with special touches that make it an oasis for each guest. My favorite was the Family Suite. My smaller children are in the stage of always crawling in with mom and dad. This family suit was just perfect and it was the first time in 5 years that we haven't had a kido crawl in bed with us.
The downstairs area is great for kids and adults alike! The hot tub was steaming and a great way to relax and warm up from the cold.
From the candies on the bed, to the ice cold beverages and welcome basket that was waiting for us; this was a wonderful stay and we were left highly impressed with Kaitlyn as our host. She was very intuative with all of our needs. After we recieved 6+ inches of snow, she had her team out clearing the way before we even had time to think to ask. We will be absolutely booking with her again in the future!
