Kaitlyn’s place was perfect for our large group. Had two separate living areas! And close drive to everything we wanted to see. We had some struggles getting into the home and some minor things and Kaitlyn was VERY responsive and helpful. Thank you!!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Colorado Springs! The house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the video games, foosball table, and relaxing in the hot tub after a day of exploring. There’s also a nice park with a playground nearby, which was a great bonus. It was a comfortable and fun place to stay.

Overall, the home was very good for our large family group. Pots and pans are limited in selection and not in great condition. A variety of sizes would have been beneficial - all are large. The faucet in the backyard didn't work, which limited some of the water activities we had planned. Access to a broom would have been nice instead of having it locked in a closet. <br/>The bedrooms were nicely sized, and the bathrooms were generous as well. The home is located in a quiet area, which was nice. Between the upstairs, downstairs, and deck, there was plenty of space for us to hang out. We had 8 adults and 9 grandchildren ranging in age from 13 down to 8 months.
