For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A minimum $300 penalty fee will be assessed for smoking violations during your stay.
👤 Minimum Age
Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present at check-in. By booking your reservation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the stay.
Guest access
We will message you your unique code to enter into the door on the morning of your arrival! This code will only work during the duration of your stay for your safety and the safety of our cleaners.
🔑 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability. Additional fees may apply.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🔑 SECURITY: For security, there are cameras on the exterior/outside of the building. Rest assured, there are no recording devices inside the house.
🐕 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

Great stay
Would book again Very responsive host. Spacious older home. Minutes from downtown w/lots of restaurants. The king bed was uncomfortable & hurt my back (mattress was too hard for me). My reservation was spontaneously cancelled for some reason & when I went to rebook it, it was $20 more a night. Not sure if this was intentional by the host or if this is how the airbnb platform operates since I’m so new to it? Martha

A Perfect Getaway for Our Family Trip!
We had such a wonderful time staying at this quaint, beautiful old home! It was the perfect size for our sisters and mom trip, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The home was full of character and charm, making it a cozy and memorable place to stay.The hosts were fantastic, always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had, which made our experience even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to everything we wanted to do. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our family getaway!Would definitely recommend this home to others looking for a cozy, welcoming spot for a special trip.
