After parking in the spacious driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and up to the keyless entry so you can come and go as you please during your stay!

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏡 Shared Property: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay!
💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

Amenities
Nice house to stay in. The only issue we had was the internet. It absolutely has wifi and you are able to use the TV to stream, but it was prone to delay and buffering. I often have to work while I am away from my home and if I had needed to work from the house at all during my stay, I would have been unable to use the wireless provided. Other than that, the house is modern, clean, and well kept. Would be happy to rent again. Great updated home with farmhouse decor. Close to many of the places we wanted to visit including Red Rock canyon hiking right next door. We saw mule deer in the yard. Very cool location for people that like to adventure in Colorado. Everything you would expect from an experienced host. Great place, would recommend. Just wish the hot tub was working Perfect location for all attractions, shopping and restaurants while being off the main roads and quiet area.
