After parking in the spacious driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and up to the keyless entry so you can come and go as you please during your stay!

⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🏡 Shared Property: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay!
💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

The farm house was great a great get away The stay was great! The home was exactly how it was described! would definitely stay there again, but would hope for better weather 😃 My stay at the Red Rock Farmhouse was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It was clear that a lot of thought had gone into making guests feel comfortable, from the well-appointed furnishings to thoughtful touches thought out the home.
The location was perfect—peaceful and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Kaitlyn was an outstanding host, always responsive and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, home-like getaway! Juan Pablo

Great location, clean, and roomy BNB! Downfall is if you want early check in or late check out there’s a cost! Even if it’s 1hr prior to check in the host charges $20 no exceptions… I attempted because we arrived a few hours early to Colorado Springs on day of check in and requested if we can check in 1-2hrs early but host said I could at 2hrs ahead of time but with a cost. I replied if they could not charge for solely 1hr check in and it wasn’t allowed! Lastly the hot tub had too much chemical or chlorine and made my son’s “white” wet shirt turn completely yellow! You could smell the chemicals in the hot tub and was pretty dirty as well with debris within floating. Overall stay inside was great and I recommend overall to stay here!
