The space
After parking in the spacious driveway, enjoy walking through the custom metal gate and up to the keyless entry so you can come and go as you please during your stay!
🍳 Kitchen:
Cook to your heart's content in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with Viking appliances! Perfect for preparing all your favorite meals. We happily provide a Keurig coffee maker along with complimentary coffee, creamer, and sugar for your stay.
🛋️ Living Room:
Gather around in the warm and bright living room with a large Smart TV for enjoying your favorite shows in the evening! Although the fireplace is non-operational, the living room offers a cozy and comfortable space to unwind in this beautiful Farmhouse.

Enjoy wonderful conversation and delicious meals around the dining table, conveniently located right inside from the covered patio.

Kick back and get cozy in the Queen Master Bedroom, complete with crisp linens and fluffy pillows. The room features its own sink for easy nighttime routines and a full, en-suite bathroom beautifully finished with custom tile, a double shower head, and a spacious walk-in shower..

Wake up feeling refreshed in the ultra-comfortable Queen bed with fresh linens and fluffy pillows. The room includes its own sink for your convenience and direct access to the main bathroom.

Enjoy a great night's sleep in this spacious bedroom featuring two twin beds and an oversized closet for your use.

Featuring two vanities, a large deep bathtub, and beautiful tile work throughout. It’s fully stocked with a hairdryer, soft plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and even face wipes and feminine products for any last-minute needs.

We want you to feel at ease during your travels, so we provide a pack-n-play and high chair for your little ones, available for use anytime during your stay.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have access to the entire Farmhouse to include the private patio consisting of the hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor furniture! We are thrilled for the opportunity to host you while on your travels!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🏡 Shared Property: We have multiple units set up on the 3-acre lot, so while you will likely see others here and there, the house and its wonderfully detailed patio are all yours for your stay!
💦 Hot Tub: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub so that it is clean and sanitary for all of our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains at extremely cold temperatures in the winter—sometimes as low as 48°. The hot tub heats at about 6° per hour, reaching 102° later in the evening when it has been drained and refilled earlier in the day. You may see the temperature in the 60s or 70s when you arrive, but rest assured, it is heating as fast as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.

My cousins and I loved this spot. It felt very homey and cozy, the hot tub was a great plus. Kaitlyn was very nice and responsive! We loved staying here!! The hot tub was perfect and the home was clean and super nice! Regardless of there being other units, it was very peaceful. Our highlight was seeing the baby goats :) Jennifer

We enjoyed our stay. <br/>Was disappointed the living room has fireplace had been disabled. The hot tub was a tepid 90 degrees upon arrival even tho we asked specifically about the temp ahead of time. It took overnight to heat to 102 degrees.<br/>The fire pit igniter did not work even tho we could smell gas. Was instructed to use a lighter stick but none was found outside or in kitchen. <br/>Took 2 hrs following host’s directions via text to get tv connected to internet. No cable or streaming services provided so bring your own passwords to watch anything. <br/>Even so, we recommend this listing and would stay here again.
