☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

The space was exactly as described. Great location for everything in OCC and very close to wonderful hiking in garden of the gods and red rock canyon. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and basic spices. Bonus snacks were appreciated. Parking was easy and very close to rental. Would definitely stay here again. Mishea was very helpful and accommodating. We checked in later than expected and they were very helpful with this. The space is VERY walkable to many great locations for eats, treats and anything else you may fancy. Michael

Really convenient, comfortable flat in the center of Old Colorado City. Great kitchen, comfy bed, and great shower. A stone's trow to great restaurants and shops. Well worth price. Hosts were communicative and instructions were clear.
