🚪During your stay you will have access to Crescent Penthouse with a private entry to the staircase leading up to the third story for a wonderful stay! The laundry room and the back yard to include the hot tub are shared with the other unit on the property.
🚪 Alley Access: Please note that the entrance to this property is located off an alley. While the alley provides privacy and ease of access, we recommend reviewing your check-in instructions carefully to locate the entrance without any hassle.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.

cool place. reminds me of Chopper's house on 812 Borden Rd. the vintage, cool kinda trim, doors and octagonal bathroom tiles.
the place is way bigger than I thought.great for families. though it has two bedrooms, the space is great. cool part of town. easy getting in and out up and down. the best part of the penthouse.. Kaitlyn.. amazing. attentive. helpful. pleasant. she feels like me bestie, though I had never heard her voice nor had seen her face. cool little galley kitchen. smokers patio perch (it's Colorado, people, a must).
