Perfect rental for our family of four’s week long stay! House has a wonderful layout and had everything we needed. Lots of attention to detail. I grew up in Colorado Springs and know the area well. This house is a great “landing spot” to explore the natural beauty of Colorado Springs while also having nearby fun activities for kids.

We had a wonderful time in Monument. Kaitlyn’s home was very well equipped to feed our group of 6. It was clean and had everything the listing says. Beds were very comfortable and linens were very clean felt brand new. Bathrooms were clean and towels were white and fluffy. The area is beautiful with walking trails on the next side street, and grocery store is very close by as well. Perfect for a trip to see Cadets and USAFA and cook them a home cooked meal! TV was great for watching football. We had a very nice stay, Thank you. Deborah

The bed in the master is horribly uncomfortable. It's old and lumpy. The pillows are awful. The coffee machine was so dirty, ever component of it. If you happen to have snow fall while you are there, they do not provide a shovel or a snow plow until 2 days AFTER the storm. We had to borrow a neighbors shovel to get into the driveway and up to the house. Thankful they were home and super nice. This home is run by a management company and they are awful in my opinion. The communication is immediately, but it is NOT "Kaitlyn"/the homeowner. It is somewhat broken English. They take a long time to actually follow up on issues. I had to bug them daily to get a shovel. The house itself is very nice. Spacious and tidy. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with all the items you might need. They did provide snacks and bottles of water, which was nice. C

So comfortable
We were very comfortable & will book again whenever we visit the Springs.
