📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late

The house was a wonderful gateway for a family of 3 adults and 3 kids! Kaitlyn was very responsive to our questions and was proactive in providing guidance and checking in on our well being. The house was very inviting and homely! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. The Garden of the gods, the Cog railway, the Olympic museum etc are all within 30-40 mins drive away! We will definitely be looking for this house on our visit back to Colorado! Michael

Amazing stay. Great for families. This beautiful home was perfect for our family. Our grandkids loved the bunk room and the toys that were available for them, while their parents enjoyed the spacious room next to them! We enjoyed our coffee in the morning either on the front porch or the back deck where we could watch the kids within a fenced-in backyard. It's a very peaceful, wooded neighborhood that is very walkable.<br/>We were in town for a wedding and family reunion. Downtown and shopping are all very accessible, and many in our group took advantage of local tourist spots.<br/>We definitely would book this treasure again; in fact, many of us would like to make it an annual reunion!
