The rental was very clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. We did not use sofa bed. The location was close to downtown.Show more Tolle Wohnung. Sehr schöne, stilvolle Einrichtung. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Gute Kaffeemaschine, Kapseln sind auch vorhanden.
Man muss einen extra Mietvertrag unterschreiben. Das kannte ich bisher so nicht. Fand ich erst ein bisschen komisch, kann ich aber durchaus verstehen.

I’m usually a 5-star reviewer and easily satisfied but this one had a few noteworthy challenges.
Clean and beautifully decorated on the inside but has some awkward slight level changes between rooms that caused us to trip or stumble more than once.
Listing only mentioned downstairs unit but there was at least a 3rd one made evident when that guest tried to enter our unit. We could also hear the downstairs tenant type door code from smaller bedroom.
Host was communicative and responsive…sort of. Cleaning person entered the unit the 2nd day despite car in driveway and 10 minutes of unsuccessful attempts. Response was vague and did not ease anxiety.
Main frustration was temp. Thermostat couldn’t be adjusted by tenant and when asked to adjust, it never went below 74 even though told it would be adjusted to 72. Told A/C condensers would freeze up if lower. Even with fans on, it was uncomfortably hot, especially at night. Neighborhood felt too transitional to sleep with windows openShow more
