These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request.
🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook.

Family get away
The communication process was incredible. Their response time can't be beat. We had a hiccup with an early check in request, based on their reply I'd say it'd be worth it to add to the description that early check in is not an option. Other than that my family enjoyed the stay and one member is already looking to book again. The area is absolutely gorgeous. We wanted a peaceful get away where the kids could have fun and enjoy nature. They more than enoyed it and also loved the hot tub. Thanks for a great stay. A little high end on price. But not going to complain, we have stayed in the area at very similar accommodations for $400 less same amount of days. Overall very nice place, very good host, worth staying at this location. My family will consider this property again when we travel to Divide for weekend get aways. The home is exactly as advertised and more. If not better. Our family likes the private Bess of being in the mountains and this location matched that. They are also a host that is not super picky about family’s with a pet, that was helpful for us, we appreciate it. We loved our stay here! It was even more beautiful than the pictures showed and our combined families of 10 had the best time. We loved the fire pit and hot tub. We saw wildlife right from our deck and the view was stunning.
Beyond that, the host was incredibly responsive which helped with any issues we had.
