🐾 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). Came here for a last minute birthday getaway to get away from the city. The house was amazing and loved how quiet the area was! The views are gorgeous and the hot tub was great. We spent a lot of time outside by the fire place and in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and lots of options for coffee! Will definitely come back and highly recommend! 10/10! This AirBnB is gorgeous, quiet, peaceful and private, and was perfect for my husband and I, but it will easily fit 2 families!
We had a little snafu, getting lost on our way because there are two of the same street name, but the host was super helpful about getting us to our destination! Just don’t be like us and wait until you are already up the mountain with no cell coverage to realize you are in the wrong place!
Highlight of the trip: SO many deer visited us during the 4 days we were there!
We had an issue with the hot tub that led to us not being able to use it the majority of our time, which I admit did detract from our trip, but the host was again super responsive and did everything they could so fix it.

Kaitlyn's place was perfect for our group of three families. We went up for the weekend to enjoy the Ice Castles, which were so wonderful and fun! The home was well appointed, except for the lack of a wine bottle opener, which we figure some previous guest may have absconded with. But the host was sincere and apologetic and one of our group ended up having an opener packed in the cooler anyway. The view more than made up for this minor inconvenience. One nit: The move away from the Airbnb app to the app used by the property management company was a bit annoying when looking up check in/out instructions and trying to share with others in our group who were going to arrive before us, but we were able to figure it out. I would say, in the future, it would be best to share these details in the Airbnb app so all who are in your travel group can access them easily. Elaina

This place is stunning. The view is gorgeous & the stars are so bright at night. We loved having king beds in all the bedrooms. The bonfire area is very cozy.
The only bumps during this stay caused mild inconveniences. We didn’t feel the instructions to get inside we’re clear and there’s no cell phone service once at the house. You can get the WiFi info from a sticker on the front door. The hot tub didn’t seem to get very hot, but this may be bc we didn’t let it heat long enough (it heated for about 30 minutes).
The main concern I have is that the cleaning fee was nearly half the cost of the stay, roughly $350 and yet there were cleaning requirements, including taking the trash and cleaning dishes. It seems wildly unfair to charge that much while expecting renters to clean.
All in all, wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this one.
