Property was perfect for what we needed The location was great for us! Easily did day trips to the Royal Gorge & Pike’s Peak. Management company is very responsive & helpful! The home is much older than I realized based on the photos… some things are going to need attention soon (the deck, broken bball hoop, carpet in the bathroom -ew!). The master bedroom does get very warm! Thankfully we were visiting in cooler temps and they had a couple fans to use. It wasn’t messy weather while we were there so this wasn’t a big deal, but the rental does not give use of the garage & the driveway is on an incline. Could be helpful info if you’re coming in the winter & don’t want to risk falling. Overall, we had a great trip!<br/>PS- We fell in love with the Iced Caramel Bear latte from Black Bear Coffee just a few minutes away. Highly recommend! Great mountain family stay Great space! Will definitely book again!
