Now, let's talk bathrooms. The master bathroom is all yours – talk about VIP treatment! Upstairs, we've got a full bath for easy access, and there's a half bath on the main floor that everyone can use without any fuss.

Now, onto the heart of the home – the kitchen. It's fully loaded with all the cooking essentials: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher – you name it. Keep your groceries in check with our trusty refrigerator. And for those who need a caffeine fix, we've got a Keurig coffee maker and kettle to kickstart your day. Don't worry about utensils and pots; we've got you covered. Plus, we throw in some complimentary breakfast goodies like oatmeal packets, Keurig coffee pods, and tea bags. And if you're feeling like a chef, King Soopers is just a stone's throw away.

When it's time to kick back, head to the basement for some gaming and chill vibes. 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
⚠️ Safety Note: Outside concrete walkways can become extremely slippery due to ice in the winter, especially the front walkway and porch. Ice melt will be provided to sprinkle on an icy sidewalk for your safety.
