⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.

Exterior security cameras on property
The location was great for us! Easily did day trips to the Royal Gorge & Pike’s Peak. Management company is very responsive & helpful! The home is much older than I realized based on the photos… some things are going to need attention soon (the deck, broken bball hoop, carpet in the bathroom -ew!). The master bedroom does get very warm! Thankfully we were visiting in cooler temps and they had a couple fans to use. It wasn’t messy weather while we were there so this wasn’t a big deal, but the rental does not give use of the garage & the driveway is on an incline. Could be helpful info if you’re coming in the winter & don’t want to risk falling. Overall, we had a great trip!<br/>PS- We fell in love with the Iced Caramel Bear latte from Black Bear Coffee just a few minutes away. Highly recommend! Great mountain family stay Great space! Will definitely book again! Great house and amazing host! Space was extremely clean and roomy. Very prompt response from host! Will definitely stay again!
