We offer three fully stocked and impeccably clean bathrooms for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, plush bath towels, and a few feminine products and face wipes are provided. A hairdryer is also available for added convenience during your travels.
OUTSIDE
Experience the fresh Colorado air in our open, fully-fenced backyard area. Enjoy outdoor dining, a table with ample seating, a deck with comfortable seating, and open space for various activities. Cap off your evenings around the large fire pit, staying warm while savoring Colorado nights with some delicious s'mores.
You will have access to the entire house! This includes the washer and dryer as well which is available for use during your stay at any time. The whole property is yours for the duration of your stay :)

For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
We’ve also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
*Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation.
