had a last minute trip to colorado and we really enjoyed our stay (-: such a cute and home-y vibe, very clean, complementary drinks and snacks were so thoughtful. VERY responsive host, we got in at 12am and were having trouble locating the bnb, but the host got back to me right away! would definitely stay here again !!

Kaitlyn's place was beautiful and well appointed with amenities.  Loved the modern, open floor plan.  The jacuzzi was a great way to relax after a long day.  The neighborhood is full of cute houses!  The water pressure allows for only one shower to run at a time but that was easy to accommodate for once we knew.  Beds were comfy and rooms had adequate storage space.  We would stay here again!
