Whether you're enjoying the smart TV or simply unwinding, our living room offers a comfortable retreat for making lasting memories with loved ones.

Gather family and friends around the dining table which seats up to 10. Large windows allow natural light to stream through the dining room, the perfect setting for food, fun, and fellowship.

Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen including an array of spices, a coffee station, an electric kettle, and a blender. Prepare a family meal in this great space that opens to the living and dining rooms. For extra food space, there is a second fridge in the basement.

Plan a movie night and watch on the 75” Smart TV. Great seating for a group with a sectional sleeper couch and recliner. Fun for the entire family with the Infinity Game table with hundreds of games to play. Additional features include a washer and dryer, full bath, and refrigerator.
🛁 Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms, one on each level. We have you covered with all the essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soft towels. Each bathroom has a hair dryer for your convenience.
👶 Kid-Friendly Amenities
If you have little ones, we get it! Don’t worry about packing the extra things - we have a pack-n-play and a highchair to make it easier for you.

Summer is best spent outside—and this deck delivers. Relax in the egg chairs, gather around the propane fire pit, or dine beneath the covered pergola. Fire up the gas grill or Blackstone for a cookout, then slip into the private 7-person hot tub under twinkling string lights. With signature Aspen Haven cornhole boards, a backyard target toss game, and peaceful views all around, the outdoor space is a true highlight.

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush, white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚗 Parking: You will have access to two garage spaces and there is ample parking outside for additional vehicles.
🚫 HOA Restrictions: Use of Spring Valley Community lakes are restricted to HOA members only and guests are restricted from fishing and use of lake property including all common areas.
❄️ Winter Access: The driveway can be challenging in snow. You’ll need a 4WD or AWD vehicle during winter. This ensures safe access when plowing or shoveling might be delayed.
