Sloped Summit is a picture-perfect A-frame escape nestled in the pines, thoughtfully designed for cozy comfort, peaceful views, and simple mountain living. Whether you're here to relax, explore, or unplug with loved ones, this cabin offers the perfect place to do it all.

The sleeping loft is accessed via a wooden ladder-style staircase and may not be ideal for very young children or guests with mobility limitations.
🗺️ How to Get There
It is recommended to download directions before leaving Divide, as cell service may become limited along the way. From Highway 24, turn south onto County Road 5 near the Conoco station and follow the road for about 4 miles through open ranchland and clusters of pine trees. Turn left onto County Road 51 at the fork marked by mailboxes and a green street sign, then continue for roughly 8.5 miles along the scenic forest road until you reach the cabin on your right. Look for the driveway marker with the house number, possibly a small gate or post, surrounded by tall trees. Drive slowly so you do not miss the entrance.
🅿️ Parking
You'll have access to five convenient parking spaces in the roundabout right in front of the cabin—plenty of room whether you're traveling solo or arriving with friends.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Absolutely stunning. We had soooooo much fun! Highly recommend this amazing getaway with an even more amazing host. We loved our stay at the Sloped Summit cabin! The location is private, the view is gorgeous, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. I recommend bringing a lighter or matches if you want to use the wood stove just in case there aren’t any left. Would definitely stay here again! Anthony

This spot was super great. Besides not having a washer or dryer everything felt super cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely priceless. I loved staying here it was sooooo fun to drives the curves in the way up to the cabin. Mohammad

It was an amazing experience for us we had so much fun. The cabin was very safe & secure, the views were absolutely stunning. The cabin was very clean. The host was very nice and responsive. One of the best experiences we’ve had!
