The space
Welcome to this beautifully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit on the main and upper levels of a duplex, perfect for families, professionals, or couples. This unit is private, with its own entrance, and offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Please note: The basement unit is rented separately and has its own private entry.

Note: When the downstairs unit is booked, noise may be present on this level. To ensure your comfort, we provide box fans and white noise machines in the bedrooms.
Guest access
🔑 During your stay, you will have access to the entire upper unit from the main entrance of the house! The basement is rented out separately with their own private entry. If the downstairs unit is booked, it may be noisy on this level. Please take a look at the photos for details on this unit!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
🚪 Please Note: This is the main level and upstairs unit. The basement is rented out separately with its own private entry!
🚭 House Rules: No pets, no parties, and no smoking anything inside.
🚗 Parking: We have plenty of free street parking right out front, as well as 1 specific driveway parking spot for your use. You'll also notice a park just a minute walk away!
