🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. The place was great! Took a solo trip with my dog and enjoyed the little home for both of us. Neighborhood made me a little uncomfortable and didn’t feel the safest. Otherwise, cute home! And great location! I stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days and was very satisfied with my stay. The bed was spacious and comfortable, and I could easily watch YouTube and Netflix. The kitchen was well-equipped, so I was able to cook my own meals and stay very comfortably.<br/>There is a coffee shop within walking distance, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Kaitlyn was extremely kind and responsive, with excellent communication throughout my stay.<br/>This is a place I would definitely love to stay at again. Delilah

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was extremely communicative, very understanding, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. She was very kind and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly appreciated her hospitality. Would definitely stay again!
